Tentative schedule for the day includes:
“Technical Meeting”/Warm-Up: 3:00 – 3:30pm
Track Meet: 3:30 – 5:30pm
Team BBQ and Medals: to follow the meet

This year’s events will include all seated throws events (shot put, discus, javelin, and club throw) and races in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and a junior 60m sprint. BC Athletics’ Run Jump Throw Wheel and Let’s Play group will be playing fun games at the end of the track in between junior races and cheering. Due to popular demand, we will be bringing back a 100m able-bodied sprint so friends, family, and community partners can participate in the fun!
